Shipping Policy

All orders placed with DIALLO & FAMILLY are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Once shipped, delivery generally takes 5 to 8 business days, depending on the destination and the carrier.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout and displayed before the order is finalized. When available, a tracking number will be sent to the customer by email after shipment.

Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, logistics issues, holidays, or events beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or additional import fees may be charged by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
